I use to wear secret deodorant and it stop working after about ten or more years of use. I went back to the old school tussy and it won’t let you down ever. It still work like it did back in the day.

This was once available in stores, but now it seems to be available only in certain areas. Tussy works very well, and has worked when sensitivity to certain ingredients in most other deodorants did not. If you have allergic reactions to most deodorants, developing a painful lump underarm, which lasts for days and prevents you from moving your arm without pain-then Tussy is a nice alternative. Tussy worked as well as natural stone deodorants or baking soda, but without the wetness. It also comes in an original scent (red cap) which is available in cream or roll-on. The powder fresh scent (blue cap) is mild, pleasant and not perfumey or over-powering. I have used it for many years. Tom’s of Maine Natural Care Natural Deodorant Stick, Calendula, 2.25 oz (64 g) (Pack of 6) As far as odor control goes this deodorant is great. On extra sweaty days I’d apply it twice a day or so and I was good to go. However, after using it for some time, I noticed my armpits began to peel, were red, and sometimes would burn when I applied this deodorant, particularly if they were freshly shaved. I have to mention that I do not have sensitive skin in general, so I was baffled. Initially, I stopped shaving my armpits to see if that was the cause, but they would still peel, and burn. I decided to switch “flavors” but it seemed like it was the worst with lavender, and woodspice (which is a shame cause those are the best!). Sadly, I had to give up using Tom’s. People who had similar reactions blame it on the zinc ricinoleate, but I really have no clue.
